Summarize activity records controls

One tab-separated row per activity you entered: date (YYYY-MM-DD), a short name, moderate or vigorous, the minutes, and whether the activity was a muscle-strengthening day (yes or no). Up to 200 rows and 100,000 characters. You classify the intensity; the page does not judge your activity. The sample rows are examples; replace them with your own.

Questions about Weekly Adult Activity Summary

    Who chooses moderate or vigorous?

You do. The tool groups the supplied classification; it does not measure exertion or infer intensity.

    How are weeks divided?

Weeks run Monday through Sunday using the entered calendar dates. A missing week is not treated as a zero-activity record.

Do two strength entries on one date count as two days?

No. That date counts as one strengthening day even when it contains several entries.
