Browser tools process their inputs on your device. This site does not upload those inputs. Saving a tool stores its identifier in your browser, not the text or files you used. Your theme choice and saved and recent tool identifiers remain in local storage until you clear them.
Word to PDF, when available, uploads a DOCX to a restricted converter. Each download is linked to the submitting browser session and expires after one hour. Temporary jobs are excluded from application backups. Server availability depends on cleanup and worker health. Do not submit highly sensitive documents.
The contact form and Word to PDF use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse. Turnstile checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots; Cloudflare says it uses those signals to detect bots and improve Turnstile, not for advertising. The Turnstile verification request carries a challenge token; it does not include your DOCX file. Our single-use admission record expires after five minutes and is removed by scheduled cleanup. Cloudflare handles its challenge data under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
The site uses a session cookie for request protection, file-job ownership and administrator sign-in. Hosting infrastructure may retain request logs such as an IP address, path and request time. We use cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page visits and performance. The analytics beacon does not receive the text or files you enter into tools. We do not run advertising scripts.
The contact form stores the name, email address and message you send so we can respond. Administrators can delete messages when no longer needed. Administrative backups may retain earlier copies according to the operator's configured retention. Contact us if you would like a message removed.
Your hosting provider and device may retain their own logs or backups. This policy describes this application; the operator must review its hosting configuration before public launch.
