Print my movement routine controls

Six tab-separated cells per row, without a heading. Enter your own name and instructions, 1–100 repetitions, 1–3600 seconds per repetition, once or per_side, and 0–3600 seconds rest between performed repetitions. per_side performs the entered reps on each of two sides. Rest also follows the last repetition of a movement when another movement follows, but never the final repetition of the whole routine. Maximum 100 rows and 100,000 characters. This page does not select movements.

How to use Personal Mobility Routine Planner

    1. Enter your own movement name and instructions, repetitions, hold seconds, once or per_side, and rest seconds.
    2. Review performed repetitions and elapsed time. per_side repeats the entered count on two sides; rests follow repetitions and movement transitions, excluding the final repetition.
    3. Download CSV for rows, JSON to continue editing later, or PDF for a printable copy. Review exports before sharing them.

    Options

    Your instructions
The planner formats instructions you supply. Sample names and text are placeholders for your own routine, not selected exercises.
    Rest accounting
Rest is between performed repetitions and before a following movement. The final movement has no automatic trailing rest.

    Supported inputs and limits

Up to 100 movements. Names accept 60 characters and instructions 300. Timing excludes transitions or pauses that you have not entered. Processing runs in the browser without uploading entries or automatic saving. JSON projects are limited to 512 KiB. Saved files contain your supplied details. Printable reports use standard Latin fonts; unsupported characters are refused rather than omitted.

    Where your input is processed

This tool processes your input in this browser. Your text and files are not uploaded to UseFreeTools. Check this tool's limits for anything it may save on your device.

The routine contains instructions you supply

The planner organises movements and their timing; it does not invent a stretch, select a therapy or assess suitability. A per-side movement and a repeated hold need their stated repetition convention reflected in the total. Review the printed cards before relying on them during a routine.

Questions about Personal Mobility Routine Planner

Will it choose movements for me?

No. Names and instructions come from your entries. The tool does not recommend exercises or treatment.

What does the total duration include?

It follows the entered repetition, side, hold and rest convention shown by the form and the resulting card. It is an arithmetic plan rather than a measured session.

Can I revise a routine later?

Save its JSON project, import it on this page and edit the restored controls before producing a new card.
