How to use Round-Robin Fixture Scheduler
- Enter one distinct entrant and venue name per line.
- Leave time-window labels blank for numbered slots, or provide enough labels for every slot in one round.
- Build the schedule and review the pair count, byes and venue assignments before downloading.
Example: Round-Robin Fixture Scheduler
Build all-pairs fixtures from entered entrants, with numbered rounds, venue slots and an optional shuffled order.
Options
- Round slots
- Window labels repeat within each round. They are labels for organizing rounds, not global dates or a calendar reservation.
- Entrant order
- Keep the entered order for a repeatable schedule or select a fresh shuffle. This does not optimize home-away balance or recovery time.

A round needs its own place on a calendar
Every unordered pair meets once. Odd fields include a bye so each entrant has one round off. Assign actual dates and durations separately, and allow suitable breaks between rounds; the page does not know travel times, venue opening hours or entrant availability.

What does a bye mean?
That entrant has no match in the named round.
Do time labels book a venue?
