Where your input is processed
This tool processes your input in this browser. Your text and files are not uploaded to UseFreeTools. Check this tool's limits for anything it may save on your device.
How planned time is calculated
Each agenda line starts with a whole number of minutes from 1 to 240. The total is a straight sum, so a 5-minute update, 15-minute discussion and 10-minute decision block produce 30 planned minutes. The sheet does not enforce the clock during the meeting.
Questions about Meeting Agenda and Notes Builder
Does the agenda schedule start and end times?
No. It totals each topic’s planned minutes but does not assign clock times or create a calendar event.
Can I type notes after the meeting?
This tool prepares a PDF with blank note and action lines for writing. Edit the input and create another PDF if you need revised prepared notes.
Why do agenda lines need a vertical bar?
The bar separates the number of minutes from the topic. Write 15 | Planning so the total can be calculated reliably.
