How to use Printable Address Label Templates
- Enter address blocks separated by a blank line.
- Choose paper, a generic grid and the first unused slot on the initial sheet.
- Set repeat only if you want the first address copied into the remaining slots.
- Print one test sheet at actual size and compare with your physical label stock.
Example: Printable Address Label Templates
Leave the first two labels unused on a generic sheet.
Options
- Repeat first address in every remaining slot
- When enabled, remaining slots repeat the first address instead of behaving as a normal multi-recipient list.
- First slot on first sheet
- This one-based slot selects the first position used on the initial sheet. It must fit the chosen grid.
Supported inputs and limits
Where your input is processed
This tool processes your input in this browser. Your text and files are not uploaded to UseFreeTools. Check this tool's limits for anything it may save on your device.
Generic grids are not a branded template promise
Printer margins, scaling and label stock can differ from the generated cell layout. A grid count such as 2 × 7 does not identify a manufacturer’s exact product. Print on ordinary paper first and compare alignment before consuming a label sheet. Check the longest address for wrapping.
Skipping slots only affects the first sheet
The start-slot choice supports partially used first sheets. It is not an instruction to discard input addresses. Repeat mode deliberately fills remaining positions from the first entered address, so check it before using a list of recipients. The tool does not validate addresses or create postage.
Questions about Printable Address Label Templates
Will this fit a branded label sheet?
The layouts are generic. Compare cell sizes and spacing with the manufacturer’s measurements and test on plain paper first.
Can I start on a partly used sheet?
Choose the starting slot and check which cells the preview fills. Feed direction and sheet condition still depend on your printer.
Why are some characters refused?
The bundled standard PDF font covers a limited character set. The page refuses unsupported text instead of exporting missing glyphs.
