    Options

    Photo fit
Cover fills each square tile and can crop edges. Contain shows the whole photo with spare space filled by the chosen background.
    Order and captions
The selected file order determines tile order. Captions use file names, so review those names before sharing the flattened image.

    Supported inputs and limits

Choose 2–10 JPEG, PNG or WebP files, up to 12 MiB each and 20 MiB total. Combined source pixels cannot exceed 20 megapixels. The PNG output is capped at 20 megapixels and 10,000 pixels per side. Tile sizes run from 100 to 1,000 pixels; gaps from 0 to 100. Fill tiles crops edges without selecting a focal point. Captions use file names, shortened when long. The result is newly encoded and does not preserve image metadata.

    Where your input is processed

    How tile fitting works

Fill tiles uses the larger scale needed to cover both tile dimensions and centres the photo, so a wide photo loses equal amounts from each side. Show whole photo uses the smaller scale and centres the full photo inside the tile. The page checks the final canvas size before drawing.

    Questions about Photo Collage Maker

Why are photo edges cut off?

Fill tiles scales each photo until it covers the square tile and crops what extends beyond it. Choose Show whole photo to keep the entire image with possible background space.

Can I change the photo order?

Yes. Use Up and Down in the file list before building the collage. The list runs left to right, then top to bottom.

    Can I keep transparent gaps?

No. This collage exports a PNG with the solid background colour you choose. Transparent source areas show that background.
