A proof sheet helps identify files
Thumbnails are fitted into their cells rather than printed at original scale. A filename or entered caption ties each thumbnail to a source photo. This output is for selection and review; do not use thumbnail dimensions to judge the original resolution or a print-size requirement.
Order and captions should be checked together
A caption belongs to the photo at the same position. Confirm the order after moving files, then open the downloaded sheet to check wraps and page breaks. Photos stay local during processing; the exported sheet itself contains the visible images and captions you chose.
