How to use Hydration Intake Diary
- Paste date, clock time, drink name, volume and unit for each drink. Choose ml, l, usfloz or impfloz explicitly.
- Optionally enter your own comparison amount with its unit, such as 2000ml. Review each recorded day and any difference from that amount.
- Download CSV for rows, JSON to continue editing later, or PDF for a printable copy. Review exports before sharing them.
Example: Hydration Intake Diary
Add millilitres, litres and an explicitly US fluid-ounce entry.
Options
- Optional amount
- Blank means no comparison. The diary does not choose a water requirement.
- Fluid-ounce convention
- US and imperial fluid ounces have different volumes. The record retains the unit you entered while totals use millilitres.

This tool processes your input in this browser. Your text and files are not uploaded to UseFreeTools. Check this tool's limits for anything it may save on your device.
A chosen comparison amount is not a recommendation
The optional daily amount belongs to your record. The page does not calculate a water requirement or account for illness, pregnancy, food water or individual needs. A total describes the volumes entered, which can include different drinks; it does not infer their health effect.
Questions about Hydration Intake Diary
Are US and imperial fluid ounces the same?
No. Select the unit stated by the source. The diary converts the chosen volume convention to millilitres rather than treating both fluid ounces alike.
Can I leave the daily amount empty?
Yes. You receive totals without a target comparison. The tool does not supply a default water recommendation.
What happens to a day with no entries?
It is absent from the record. A missing day is not proof of zero intake.
