Review period history controls

One tab-separated row per record, exactly three columns. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD and the end date is included. Up to 200 rows and 100,000 characters; notes up to 120 characters. Records must not overlap, and the same start date cannot be used twice. The sample row is an example, replace it with your own. The entries stay in this browser page until you download a file.

How to use Period Record Diary

    1. Enter recorded start date, end date and optional notes in chronological records.
    2. Review inclusive recorded days and intervals between consecutive recorded starts. The latest record has no later interval yet.
    3. Download CSV for rows, JSON to continue editing later, or PDF for a printable copy. Review exports before sharing them.

    Options

    Inclusive length
September 2 through September 6 includes five calendar dates.
    Start-to-start interval
This is a difference between recorded starts. It is historical arithmetic and does not predict another date.

    Supported inputs and limits

Up to 200 records with real dates. Overlapping ranges are refused. No fertility window, clinical classification or future prediction is produced. Processing runs in the browser without uploading entries or automatic saving. JSON projects are limited to 100,000 bytes/characters. Saved files contain your supplied details. Printable reports use standard Latin fonts; unsupported characters are refused rather than omitted.

    Where your input is processed

This tool processes your input in this browser. Your text and files are not uploaded to UseFreeTools. Check this tool's limits for anything it may save on your device.

    History describes the entered past

Recorded days include both the start and end date. A start-to-start interval needs a later recorded start, so the latest entry has no such interval yet. Dates are organised without declaring a cycle normal or abnormal, predicting fertility or choosing a future date.

    Questions about Period Record Diary

Does it predict a next period or ovulation?

No. The diary reports supplied history only and does not produce fertility windows.

    Is the end date counted?

Yes. A record from September 2 through September 6 has five recorded days.

Why is the latest interval unavailable?

There is no later recorded start to compare with it. Unavailable is not a zero-day interval.
