Generate dates controls

The first date counts toward the total. Gregorian years 0001 to 9999.

Stops at this date, including it when it matches the recurrence. The count is still the maximum.

Monthly dates return to the original day afterward. This option does not affect daily or weekly dates.

Supported inputs and limits

Gregorian date-only recurrence in years 0001 to 9999, interval 1 to 365 and at most 500 dates. Count includes the start. Monthly dates retain the original anchor day: skip absent dates or explicitly clamp to month end. No full RRULE parser, holidays, time zones or website publishing schedule.

Where your input is processed

Short-month behavior is a choice

The default skip policy preserves the anchor day without inventing invalid dates. Clamp is a separate month-end convention. Review which rule fits your task before using the list.

Questions about Recurring Date Generator

What happens to a monthly date on the 31st?

Skip omits months without that day. Clamp uses their last day but keeps the original anchor, so a later long month returns to the 31st.

Does the count include the start date?

Yes. It is the first occurrence, unless your inputs are refused because the end date is earlier than the start.

Does this schedule posts or create calendar events?

No. It produces a date list. It does not change a website queue or connect to a calendar account.
