How to use Email HTML Preview and Safety Checks
- Paste the email HTML; the isolated preview updates locally.
- Choose a light or dark background and review the retained text and styles.
- Review removed content and test the original email in your actual mail clients.
Example: Email HTML Preview and Safety Checks
Inspect a simple table email before testing it in mail clients.
Options
- Email HTML
- Up to 100,000 characters. The preview removes images, external assets, links, active elements and unsupported styles.
- Preview background
- The background choice helps inspect the isolated preview. It does not reproduce the colour adjustments or CSS support of a named mail client.
Supported inputs and limits
Where your input is processed
This tool processes your input in this browser. Your text and files are not uploaded to UseFreeTools. Check this tool's limits for anything it may save on your device.
The safe preview intentionally omits content
Remote images, active elements, links and unsupported styles are removed from the isolated rendering. Their absence is a preview safety limit, not proof that your original message is ready to send. Read the findings and compare with the intended design rather than replacing the production email with the reduced preview.
Use actual client tests for delivery decisions
A browser preview cannot establish Outlook, Gmail or mobile-mail compatibility, deliverability or spam placement. The page does not send a message, load tracking resources or inspect an email account. Review the original HTML and test it in the clients your recipients use before publishing a campaign.
