Options
- Monthly rows
- Each tab-separated row declares income or expense, a category, a label and an amount. Convert other billing periods before entering them.
- Category shares
- Read the named denominator beside each share. A computed percentage describes your entries and is not a suggested allocation.
Supported inputs and limits
Where your input is processed
This tool processes your input in this browser. Your text and files are not uploaded to UseFreeTools. Check this tool's limits for anything it may save on your device.
Use the exported rows to check omissions
A surplus means entered income exceeds entered expenses for the modeled month. It cannot reveal a missing annual bill, unrecorded cash spending or an incorrect period conversion. Keep a separate record of those items, and inspect formula-protected labels when reopening the CSV in a spreadsheet.
Questions about Budget Planner
Can this read my bank account?
No. You enter the rows and the browser processes them locally.
Can weekly and monthly amounts be mixed?
Convert them to one monthly basis before entering them so the totals describe one period.
Will the budget remain after closing the page?
There is no account or saved budget here. Download the CSV if you want to keep a copy.
