How to use Support Ticket Classifier
- Paste Tickets CSV with the exact header id,subject, message and unique ticket IDs. Each row needs a subject, message or both; remove unnecessary personal or access details.
- Supply Labels CSV with the exact header id,label, route. Use approved label names and meaningful route text for the teams or queues you intend to review.
- Select Classify tickets and complete browser verification when prompted. Inspect each reason and source quote, including rows shown as Unclassified with an Unassigned route.
- Download CSV for the proposed per-ticket labels, routes, reasons and quotes. Download JSON also retains classification counts. Review and map the export in your own ticket workflow; this tool does not send or move tickets.
Example: Support Ticket Classifier
Separate different types of support request.
Options
- Ticket text
- A ticket needs a subject, message or both. Remove passwords, access tokens, payment details and unnecessary customer identifiers.
- Labels and routes

Supported inputs and limits
- Use 1 to 50 tickets within 10,000 CSV characters and 1 to 15 labels within 1,500.
- IDs are unique within each list and at most 100 characters.
- Ticket subjects allow 200 characters and messages 1,500; at least one must be nonblank.
- Label names and routes are nonblank and at most 200 characters each.
- Quote CSV cells containing commas, quotes or line breaks.
More details
Long label, route and ID combinations can exceed the result-size bound and require a smaller ticket batch.
One supplied label is selected per ticket, or the row remains unclassified.
Routes are descriptive text rather than contacted addresses.
No ticket system is connected.
Source quotes make suggestions reviewable but do not establish urgency, priority, correct routing or the right customer response.
Where your input is processed
Your input is uploaded to this site and sent to a configured AI provider. If a provider fails, the request may be sent to the next eligible provider. Check its result before use. Private inputs and results expire within one hour and are excluded from site backups; temporary files are removed by scheduled cleanup. Provider retention rules may differ. Avoid submitting passwords or highly sensitive information.
Define the boundary between neighboring queues
Billing and account access can overlap in short messages. Use clear labels and meaningful routes, then review a small sample. Stable IDs connect the result to original rows without relying on order. Quotes locate relevant phrases, but a person still needs to judge the full request and any business rule affecting routing.
Questions about Support Ticket Classifier
Will this move tickets to a team?
No. It exports proposed assignments. Sending tickets, changing status or importing the CSV into another system remains your separate action.
What happens if no label fits?
The label can remain unmatched. Inspect the row before adding labels; a vague message may need clarification instead.
Can a ticket receive several labels?
This tool selects one per row. The feedback analyzer supports several themes for broader analysis of customer comments.
