How to use Customer Feedback Analyzer
- Paste CSV with the exact header id,feedback and 1 to 50 unique row IDs. Quote a feedback cell containing commas, quotes or line breaks using CSV rules.
- Add Product or survey context for unfamiliar terms. Keep one comment per row and remove personal details that the analysis does not need.
- Select Analyze feedback and complete browser verification when prompted. Check each assigned theme and sentiment against the full comment, using its source quote as a starting point.
- Read Theme counts separately from Sentiment counts: one comment can count toward several themes, but receives one sentiment. These totals describe your supplied rows, not all customers.
- Download CSV for the per-row assignments and source quotes. Download JSON retains the structured themes and calculated counts as well; neither file establishes a satisfaction score or a representative survey.
Example: Customer Feedback Analyzer
Compare comments about different parts of a customer experience.
Options
- Feedback rows
- Keep each comment in its own row. Remove names, order numbers and information unnecessary for the analysis.
- Product context
- Explain what the comments concern, especially when a word could name either a product feature or a service experience.
Supported inputs and limits
- Accepts 50 rows within 11,000 CSV characters.
- A row may have one to three themes, so theme counts can sum to more than the number of comments.
- Sentiment and themes are model suggestions, not findings about all customers.
Where your input is processed
Your input is uploaded to this site and sent to a configured AI provider. If a provider fails, the request may be sent to the next eligible provider. Check its result before use. Private inputs and results expire within one hour and are excluded from site backups; temporary files are removed by scheduled cleanup. Provider retention rules may differ. Avoid submitting passwords or highly sensitive information.
Read exceptions before acting on totals
Counts help you choose which comments to read first, but do not describe severity. Inspect mixed and uncertain sentiment, then compare comments within large themes. Repeated input from one person is not several independent customers. Keep source IDs connected to your records and review assignments before treating a theme as a product priority.
Questions about Customer Feedback Analyzer
Does it calculate customer satisfaction?
It counts classifications in your input. It does not produce a validated satisfaction score or assess sampling bias.
Why can a comment have several themes?
A comment may praise packaging and criticize delivery. Several themes retain that distinction without duplicating the original row.
Can I inspect the source?
Each classified row includes an exact excerpt. Read the full comment when sarcasm or a conditional statement could change its meaning.
