How to use Customer Support Reply
- Paste the customer message after removing unnecessary personal information.
- Supply applicable policy text, add case context and choose a tone.
- Select Draft support reply, verify your browser and check the response against the policy before sending it yourself.
Example: Customer Support Reply
Respond to a request within a supplied policy.
Options
- Policy text
- Include the rules governing the request. A customer's desired refund or deadline is not proof that your policy allows it.
- Reply tone
- Choose clear, warm or formal wording. Policy and verified case facts should determine commitments regardless of tone.
Supported inputs and limits
- Messages and policies each allow 5,000 characters.
- The result can misread an exception or make an unsupported promise despite exact policy quotes.
- Review refunds, eligibility, dates and next steps.
- This tool does not send messages or update customer records.
Where your input is processed
Your input is uploaded to this site and sent to a configured AI provider. If a provider fails, the request may be sent to the next eligible provider. Check its result before use. Private inputs and results expire within one hour and are excluded from site backups; temporary files are removed by scheduled cleanup. Provider retention rules may differ. Avoid submitting passwords or highly sensitive information.
Check the promise before polishing the wording
A friendly reply can still promise a refund, replacement or deadline that the business cannot honor. Compare each commitment with policy and current case facts. Keep the customer's request separate from the rules governing it, and remove unverified claims. Once the decision is sound, adjust the tone and send the reply through your normal support channel.
Questions about Customer Support Reply
Will it look up an order?
No order system or inbox is connected. Supply only necessary case facts and verify them in your own system.
What if the policy does not answer the request?
The reply should ask for clarification or leave the decision open. Confident wording is not permission to make an exception.
Are policy quotes a complete compliance check?
No. The site checks that quoted text appears in the source. You must judge whether that policy supports this proposed response.
