Add duration to an instant

The origin wall time is resolved to UTC first. The actual elapsed duration is added once, then that instant is displayed in the destination’s zone.

Questions about Journey Arrival Time Calculator

Does daylight saving change the journey duration?

The entered duration is added to the departure instant. Local clocks can change during the journey, so the displayed clock difference can differ from elapsed time.

Why must I choose an earlier or later departure?

A backward clock change can create two instants with the same local time. Choose the occurrence you intend rather than letting the tool guess.

Where do the zone rules come from?

Your browser’s installed time-zone data. Different or outdated browser data may give different results around rule changes.
