Turn a gap into a factual revision

Start with the requirements that are essential for the role. For each reported gap, ask whether you have a real example that answers it. A useful revision names the task, your contribution and a result you can explain. Do not invent a metric just because a resume template recommends numbers. Quoted matches make the comparison inspectable, but an overlapping word is not always evidence of the same level of responsibility or skill.
